In 1972, ALPFA began its journey of steady growth, marking 50 years of value to its corporate partners and members.
The ALPFA Tampa Chapter, formed in 2004, supports professional members and local student chapters. Our chapter is committed to members’ professional and personal development, offering networking, leadership, mentoring, and volunteering opportunities. We collaborate with student chapters to enhance skills like interviewing, resume building, and business etiquette. Students are welcome at all events to build their professional skills and network with Tampa Bay professionals.
These efforts earned the ALPFA Tampa Chapter Regional Chapter of the Year in 2010, with the University of Florida and the University of South Florida student chapters winning Regional Student Chapter of the Year in 2010 and 2011, respectively. Members also have the opportunity to meet the board members, who continue to empower the community while supporting the ALPFA Tampa Bay mission.
